Go Around Procedures
To initiate a go around, advance the throttles to TOGA.
“GO AROUND FLAPS"
The FO will move the flaps one level up, and call “POSITIVE RATE” when a positive rate of climb has been established.
After the FO has called "Positive Rate" make the following commands:
“GEAR UP”
Clean the aircraft up as you would doing a normal climb.
Call for the “AFTER TAKEOFF CHECKLIST” after the aircraft is in a clean configuration.
Continue to the alternate airport or shoot the approach again.
